As with all PHC workers our Nannies & Mothers Help’s undergo a strict recruitment process before they are placed.

• Interviewed by an experienced recruitment consultant
• Two references obtained, one of which must be from their present of most recent employer
• Full employment history obtained any gaps in their employment record checked
• Enhanced level criminal records check (CRB) and check made against the Protection of Children register held by the Secretary of State
• Completion of a comprehensive health declaration (checked by our nurse consultants)
• Copies of qualifications gained checked and on file
